How do I place an order?

To place an order, you need to put the items you want in your shopping cart. You will then need to create a customer account to finalize your order. Fill in your personal details, delivery address and billing address, then complete your order by choosing your delivery method.

My customer account on the old online store has disappeared. What should I do?

You'll need to recreate a new customer account, which only takes a few minutes.

How can I contact the online store's customer service?

Are the products the same on your e-commerce site as in your bookshop-boutiques?

No, the range of products on offer in our bookshop-boutiques is wider, and also depends on the temporary exhibitions on view at any given time. Online stores offer a more refined selection and web exclusives.

Can I choose my serial number on the 0€ souvenir ticket?

The 0€ souvenir ticket is sold randomly on Culturespaces online boutiques. It is therefore impossible to request a special print run.

Can I buy a museum or exhibition ticket via the online store?

No, the online store and online ticketing are two different things.

Online ticketing for admission to Culturespaces museums and historic sites is done directly on the websites. Go to the "Ticketing" tab on the website of your choice:

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before shipment. Simply contact us at sav@comptoirculturel.com, quoting your order number.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You will have to wait until you receive your order before returning it to us for a refund.

- My order is a gift: can I send it to another recipient? Can you remove the invoice from the package?

Of course, you must first register another delivery address in your customer account, which will be that of your recipient. The invoice is not included in the parcel, but can be downloaded from your customer account.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

- How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package and your destination.

We apply the Post Office's annual rate grids, so no margin or profit is created on shipping costs.

What is 3D secure?

This system (also known as Verified by Visa or Secure code) was invented to prevent CNP (Card No Present) fraud, i.e. fraudulent payments by bank card without the actual presence of the card (stolen card numbers, for example). This authentication system enhances the security of your online purchases. At the moment of payment, your bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before validating the transaction.

In practice, you will always enter your card number, expiry date and cryptogram, but after entering this information, you will be redirected to your bank's website, which will ask you for this additional information.

During a 3DSecure payment, when you are on your bank's website, they will ask you for information that only you are supposed to know, proving that you are the owner of the card. Each bank is free to choose its own authentication method (password, date of birth, code sent by SMS, etc.).
